TicketDrafts provides automated generators for dummy travel documentation, including:

All services are designed to help users prepare travel itineraries for visa applications (such as Schengen, US, UK, and other jurisdictions) and to show proof of onward travel at immigration checkpoints.

3. Crucial Service Disclaimers

PLEASE READ THIS SECTION CAREFULLY:

  • Not Real Tickets: The flight tickets, hotel reservations, and cover letters generated by TicketDrafts are dummy travel documentation. They are not fully paid tickets, do not hold any monetary value, and cannot be used for actual travel or boarding of any transport vessel.
  • No Boarding Guarantee: Under no circumstances should you attempt to use any generated document from TicketDrafts to board an aircraft, train, bus, or check in at a hotel. Doing so is a violation of these Terms and may constitute fraud under local laws.
  • Temporary Nature: Any PNR (Passenger Name Record) codes, booking references, or itineraries provided are temporary drafts or simulated reservations and may not remain active indefinitely in airline systems.

4. User Responsibilities & Acceptable Use

As a condition of using our services, you agree to the following:

  • You will use the generated documents only for legitimate purposes, such as visa application documentation, embassy submissions, or proof of onward travel where dummy/hold reservations are permitted.
  • You will not use our services for fraudulent, deceptive, or illegal activities.
  • You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of all information (passenger names, travel dates, routes) entered during the booking process. We are not responsible for errors resulting from incorrect user input.
  • You must not use automated scraping tools or scripts to access or extract data from our site without prior authorization.

5. Accounts and Security

To use certain features of TicketDrafts, you may create an account or sign in using third-party services (such as Google Sign-In). You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breach.

6. Payments, Subscriptions, and Billing

We reserve the right to change our prices at any time. Any changes will be posted on the pricing page and will apply to future purchases.

7. Refunds and Cancellations

Due to the digital and instantaneous nature of our services, once a PDF is successfully generated and delivered to you, all purchases are non-refundable. Please refer to our separate Refund Policy for exceptions regarding technical failures or non-delivery of files.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The site and services are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without any warranties of any kind. TicketDrafts does not warrant that:

  • The services will meet your specific requirements.
  • The generated documents will guarantee visa approval or satisfy immigration officials.
  • The service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TicketDrafts, its owners, developers, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages. This includes, but is not limited to, damages for loss of profits, visa rejection fees, immigration delays, re-booking expenses, travel cancellation fees, or any other losses resulting from the use or inability to use our services.

10. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, design assets, logos, templates, software, and proprietary algorithms on TicketDrafts are the intellectual property of TicketDrafts and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the site without our express written consent.

11. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions and any dispute arising out of or related to them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which TicketDrafts operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
