Booking a live PNR needs a TicketDrafts account. Your reservation, the booking code and its status all sit in your dashboard, so you can check the PNR on the airline site whenever the embassy asks - and reach us about it later.

Before you book — the details

Everything customers usually ask us on WhatsApp, answered here first.

What exactly am I buying?

A real seat reservation made inside the airline’s own booking system by a licensed travel agency, through a GDS — the same system airline offices and travel agents use.

You receive a PNR: a six-character booking reference such as TK89XQ, plus a ticket PDF showing your name, route, flight numbers and dates. Because the booking really exists with the airline, a visa officer can type that code into the airline’s own “Manage Booking” page and see your name come up.

This is different from a dummy ticket or draft itinerary, which is a document we generate. Here the booking itself is genuine.

How long does the PNR stay live?

Generally 21 to 48 hours, provided your travel date is not within the next 21 days.

The hold time is decided entirely by the airline. It varies from carrier to carrier and gets shorter as your departure date gets closer, so we cannot control or guarantee how long it stays active. Once the hold expires the airline releases the seat and the PNR stops being checkable.

What this means for you: book a few hours before your visa appointment or before you need to show it — not days or weeks in advance. Booking early does not make the reservation stronger; it only means it may expire before anyone checks it.

Can I travel on this ticket?

No. This is a reservation, not a purchased ticket. The fare has not been paid to the airline and no e-ticket number is issued, so you cannot check in or board with it.

It is meant for visa applications, embassy and VFS appointments, proof of onward travel and travel-insurance paperwork — situations where you must show a confirmed booking that can be verified, but should not buy a full-price ticket before your visa is approved.

What do you need from me?
  • Passenger name exactly as printed in the passport — given name and surname, letter for letter. The airline booking must match the passport, and a name mismatch is the most common reason an officer rejects a booking.
  • Passport number, issue date and expiry date, plus date of birth.
  • Route and dates — where you fly from and to, departure date, and a return date if you want a round trip.
  • Email and WhatsApp number — the ticket goes to the email, and we message the WhatsApp number if anything needs checking.

Please check the spelling twice. Once the booking has been made with the details you submitted, correcting it means issuing a new one.

What happens after I pay?
  • You pay on our secure payment page — bKash, Nagad, card and the other methods shown at checkout.
  • Our ticketing team books the seat with the airline, usually within 30 to 60 minutes of the payment being confirmed.
  • The ticket PDF with the PNR arrives by email, and the same reservation appears in your TicketDrafts dashboard, so you can open it again any time.
  • If anything about your request needs clarifying, we message you on WhatsApp rather than guessing.

Orders placed late at night may take a little longer, since the booking is made by a person, not a script.

How do I check the PNR myself?

Go to the airline’s website, open “Manage Booking” or “My Trips”, and enter your PNR / booking reference together with the surname on the booking. Your itinerary comes up — the same view a paying passenger sees.

You can do this as soon as the ticket reaches your inbox. Check it once yourself before your appointment, so you know exactly what the officer will see.

Which airlines and routes can you book?

Major carriers available through the GDS — Emirates, Qatar Airways, Turkish Airlines, Singapore Airlines, Lufthansa and others — on most international routes.

One way and round trip are both supported, and you can book up to 4 passengers on a single request. If you need a specific airline, or want to avoid a particular transit, write it in the “Anything else?” box on the first step and we will try to match it.

Price, payment and refunds

The price is ৳875 per passenger (≈ $7.00 USD). Payment is always taken in BDT; any USD figure shown is an approximate conversion for reference. The total on the review step is simply the price multiplied by the number of passengers — nothing is added at checkout.

Because the booking is made with the airline on your behalf shortly after payment, the fee is not refundable once the PNR has been issued — including if a visa is refused, if you change your mind, or if the airline’s hold period expires. Full details are in our Refund Policy and Terms of Service.

If something goes wrong on our side — you paid and no ticket arrived, or the booking does not match the details you submitted — contact us and we will put it right.
