Refund Policy

1. General Policy
Due to the nature of our service, which provides an instantly delivered digital product (a dummy flight ticket), all sales are final. We generally do not offer refunds once a ticket has been generated and delivered.
2. Non-Refundable Scenarios
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
- Your visa application is rejected.
- You entered incorrect information (e.g., name, dates) during the booking process.
- You no longer need the dummy ticket.
- The PNR is no longer active (our tickets are temporary reservations and are not meant to be held indefinitely).
3. Exceptional Cases
A refund may be considered in the rare event of a technical failure on our part, such as:
- You paid for the service but did not receive a ticket PDF.
- The generated ticket contained errors that were not a result of your input.
If you believe you are eligible for a refund under these exceptions, please contact our support team within 24 hours of your purchase with your booking details.
